Following the initial contact, a requirements gathering meeting is scheduled and held. A member of our sales team will gather and explore all aspects of your project so that we can draw up as comprehensive a proposal as possible.
We will get back in touch with the client as soon as possible. Our proposal includes:
- Planning
- Quotation
- Completion deadlines
- Working methodology
Following acceptance of or further discussion regarding the proposal submitted, a contract is signed, after which the project commences.
A team specialising in the core business areas essential to the project is put together, and, by setting out a series of milestones, we outline the stages of the project’s development to the client.
The final milestone coincides with the delivery and/or launch of the final product. All outputs requested at the start of the project are made available, and implementation or deployment will also be monitored by our team to ensure maximum satisfaction and quality.
