The Gluing People project consisted of developing an interactive webapp that reinforces team spirit through sticker trading among employees. Each company has a digital sticker album organized by departments, where each employee is represented by a sticker they can trade, collect, and complete, promoting interaction, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
