Development of the first phase of LBV's management platform, focused on digitizing the product life cycle: from warehouse entry to distribution to beneficiaries. The project replaced manual tracking with a centralized stock management system, shared between the warehouse and the social store. The platform integrates purchasing and supplier records, inbound and outbound tracking, critical stock alerts, and transfer reports, with role-based access control (warehouse, store, and administration).
